Service Description

Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that utilizes breath, movement, rhythmic sound, mantra, and meditation to relax and restore the mind and body while improving strength, flexibility and endurance. This powerfully effective form of yoga stimulates the immune, nervous, and glandular systems, helping to bring balance to mind, body and soul. The practice of this sacred and scientific yogic technology activates your Kundalini energy or the ‘spiritual nerve’ of the body, enabling you to access and realize your own creative energy to elevate your consciousness. Kundalini Yoga teaches you to experience great techniques for self-care and generates profound and lasting advancement. In each class we’ll practice pranayama (breath work), a chosen Kriya (set of poses for a specific purpose) and end with Savasana and a meditation matching the Kriya’s theme. Classes will begin with the Adi Mantra and end with the song “Long Time Sun” as a positive affirmation sharing blessings to all. All levels of practitioners are welcome!
